1.    Membership Fee:

  • A non-refundable fee of 25% of your total package cost is required for membership.
  • If you are unable to take a holiday within a year, you can carry it forward to the next year by paying an additional 10% of the total package cost.

2.    Cancellation Policy:

  • If you cancel a confirmed holiday more than 45 days before the check-in date, 25% of your membership fee will be forfeited.
  • Cancellations made less than 45 days before the check-in date are non-refundable, but the amount can be carried forward to your next holiday.
  • If you cannot take the holiday as confirmed, the package may either be canceled or postponed depending on the circumstances at that time.
  • Unused holidays can be gifted to a friend or acquaintance.

3.    Membership Benefits:

  • Benefits are available until the end of your membership term, which is defined based on your requirements.
  • Benefits are valid seven days a week, excluding blackout dates, and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers.

4.    Blackout Dates:

  • Membership benefits are not valid on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, and Valentine’s Day.
  • If you wish to travel during these blackout dates, an additional 40% of your total package cost will be charged.

5.    Transferability:

  • Membership is transferable to immediate family members.
  • Guests can utilize the membership benefits by presenting a valid ID at check-in; the member's presence is not required.

6.    Modifications:

  • Vigo Technologies reserves the right to modify or change the terms and conditions without prior notice. Notifications will be sent via call, message, and email.

7.    Complimentary Upgrade:

  • If the required room is unavailable during your booking dates, we will upgrade your room based on availability.

8.    Check-in/Check-out:

  • Early check-in and late check-out are provided for privileged customers.

9.    Payment Policy:

  • 100% payment is required for membership. If full payment cannot be made immediately, a 25% payment is due on the day of confirmation, with the remainder due within one month.
  • Failure to complete payment within one month will result in forfeiture of the amount as a cancellation.

10. Meal Plan:

  • We offer BB, CP, MAP, and Half Board meal plans at most destinations. Please confirm with a sales executive before booking. In some destinations, meal plans may not be available, and guests will need to arrange their own meals.
